We're not here to compete with your existing channels. We fill the nights they don't.
A tourist booking three months ahead
- They plan their trip well in advance, for periods that are already full.
- To absorb the commission, your listed price has been inflated.
- Your slow nights stay slow: no one books a November weekend two days out from Europe.
A resident booking two days out
- Dakar residents and the diaspora: they leave Friday for the weekend, deciding two days ahead.
- They book long weekends, holidays, the low season — exactly the nights you're not selling.
- We call them one by one to verify their status: qualified guests, not purchased traffic.
An empty room earns nothing. That's the only comparison that matters.
One more booking channel, with no overbooking
You already have a channel manager and several channels. We become one more — the local market and diaspora channel — synced with your availability.
The major international platforms

What it costs you
We're a business referrer, not a booking operator. You pay nothing upfront: not the site, not the listing, not any setup fees.
You don't change your rate card. Your selling price is the base.
Our booking service fee, calculated on the displayed amount and charged only on the bookings we bring you.
Your price is marked up by 5% when displayed, plus 18% VAT on our fee. The traveller knows it, so you have nothing to justify.
On a night you sell for 62 000 FCFA
The tourist tax is outside this scale: the traveller pays it on site, directly to the property.
Listing itself stays free — these amounts apply only to bookings actually generated by Location Sénégal. A night you sell directly owes us nothing.
What happens next
The form just opens the file. Everything else is settled over the phone, in one conversation.
Photos, amenities, description: we reuse what's already online and prepare your listing.
Within 48 hours. Together we lock in net rates, the resident rate, the deposit, availability and the plan that suits you.
Once the listing is approved and the contract signed, you'll start receiving booking requests.
