The bare pitch is camping in the original sense: you bring your tent and pitch it in the garden. The campsite has ten of them, for two people each. You have access to the shared bathroom block and to wifi, free across the whole site.

The rest of the campsite is open to you: restaurant and bar, covered pool, terrace, garden, campfire, pétanque and board games. Reception is open 24/7, which lets you arrive late, and a security guard watches over the site. Free parking is 500 meters away.

Nearby. The campsite is in Thioukoune Peulh, in Lompoul-sur-Mer, a ten-minute walk from the beach and fifteen to twenty minutes by car from the Lompoul desert. A logical stop between Dakar, about 3 h away, and Saint-Louis.

Things to do from the pitch. A hike from the campsite, the desert by 4x4 at sunset, and a quad or camel ride in the sand. All these activities can be booked on Senegal Activities.
